Return Periods

14 Days - All Products

Standard return window for all pigments, accessories, and apparel in original condition.

  • • Products in original, unopened packaging
  • • Items returned within the specified return period
  • • Products with manufacturing defects or damage
  • • Wrong items shipped (our error)
  • • Digital products within 14 days of purchase (if unused)

✗ Not Eligible for Return

  • • Opened or used pigment bottles
  • • Products damaged after receipt
  • • Returns without proof of purchase
  • • Items returned after the 14-day period
  • • Sale items marked as final sale

How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at hello@mulsh.co.ukwith your order number and reason for return.

Include photos if the item is damaged or defective. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Step 2: Ship Back

Pack the item securely in original packaging if possible. Use the return shipping label we provide.

Keep your tracking number until the return is processed. We recommend using insured shipping for valuable items.

Step 3: Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 3-5 business days. Approved returns are processed immediately, and refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refund Options

Full Refund

Original purchase price refunded to your payment method. Processing time: 5-10 business days.

Store Credit

Immediate credit for future purchases. Includes a 10% bonus credit on returns over £50.

Exchange

Swap for different colors or products. We'll cover shipping on exchanges.

Shipping Costs

We Cover Return Shipping

For defective items, wrong products shipped, or manufacturing errors.

Customer Covers Return Shipping

For change of mind, wrong size, or other non-defective returns.

Free Exchange Shipping

We cover shipping for the replacement item in all exchanges.
